The Dream Machine
The Dream Machine is an amazingly good looking game to me. It’s completely made of clay and cardboard. All the characters are hand animated (claymation). The game itself is ok, it’s very narrative driven as oppose to puzzle based like many point & click games are.
You play as Victor and Alicia, a couple who’ve just moved into a new apartment. While trying to get settled in, they soon discover that all is not as it seems in the quiet, unassuming apartment building…
You can play the first chapter for free on their website (or at least half of the chapter).. here
You can buy the entire game for 13.75 Euro, or about 18 dollars U.S, or you can buy the chapters individually for about 6 dollars each. It’s at least worth it to play the first one. It’s not difficult, and the two guys put a lot of work into it.
